Refund policy

At Accessories By CJ, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or by bank transfer, where applicable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective product was delivered.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace a product if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

• Products damaged due to improper use or accidental damage.
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Items returned after the return period has expired.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
